Each year, Zumar leadership participates in The Kids Classic Annual Golf Tournament presented by Peninsula Auto Group. Now in its twelfth year, proceeds from this tournament benefit local children’s charities. It was a great honor to support this year's beneficiary—Children’s Home Society of Washington.
Children's Home Society of Washington (CHSW) has been a dynamic leader in child welfare since 1896—making them Washington's oldest and largest statewide non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children. They provide programs and services to support children in need and strengthen families in 30 sites across the state. Programs help to prevent or address the unique challenges facing our state's most vulnerable children. They work to find the best solutions for all the children they serve, supporting them when they remain with their biological families or when they must leave home. CHSW's core services include adoption, early learning, foster care, family support, child and family counseling, and advocacy.
